1) HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order couldn't be simpler! Navigate your way around the website until you find an item you want to purchase and then click on the 'buy' button. The item you have chosen will then be added to your shopping basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout to pay for your goods.

If it is your first time using our online store simply register your details and we will create an account for you. This will make ordering further items in the future quick and convenient. When you return to the site you can use your login details to access your account and place new orders.

2) WHO CAN ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?

We are happy to supply the products listed on our site to all persons or companies that reside in the United Kingdom, whether you are an individual consumer, a corporate end user or a reseller you will be legible to register on our store and purchase the goods you require.

Go to the Login page of the website and click on the link provided for assisting with forgotten passwords. Enter your e-mail address and we will send you your password.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated depending on the weight and size of your order. The exact shipping cost and weight of your item will be shown at the checkout stage.

6) HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders that are placed via our online store will be processed and dispatched for delivery if placed before 1pm (subject to stock). Delivery is via next day courier and requires a signature upon receipt in order to accept delivery. Any items that are not in stock will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible and an estimated delivery date will be provided.

7) IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Absolutely! We use the industry standard 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt all your payment information. When you proceed to the payment stage you will see a small padlock appear on the page. This confirms that the security software is in place. 8) WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you wish to do so please contact our customer services department immediately by e-mail at: customerservice@adeptpower.co.uk

If your order has not yet been shipped we will issue a full refund within 30 days. If your order has already left our warehouse then you must return the goods to us unopened, in a saleable condition, within 7 days. Remember to contact our customer services department first to obtain a returns number.

9) WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Returns Policy
We believe that you will be delighted with the product you have chosen, but every so often you may need to return an item to us.

• You may return any items for a full refund if done so within 7 days of the date of receipt of these goods. However, the original packaging must still be intact, the item must be unopened and in a saleable condition.

In the rare event that an item is deemed to be faulty we will provide an exchange for the item. Faulty items are covered strictly by the duration of the manufacturer's warranty. Please see individual products separately for warranty periods as they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and product to product. If you do need to return any goods then please contact our customer services department for a returns number. You must obtain this number first in order to make sure you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Once you have been issued a returns number, please carefully ship the item or items back to us and upon a satisfactory inspection of the goods we will issue a refund or an exchange. Please remember to keep all your documentation and order numbers, as this makes any returns process a much smoother and simpler process.

10) WHAT INFORMATION WILL YOU HOLD ABOUT ME?

Here at Adept Power Solutions Ltd we are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not pass your details on to any other organisation for marketing purposes and we only keep information about you in order to process your orders efficiently and to improve our account services with you. We will not e-mail you in the future for marketing purposes unless we have your consent.
