Placing an order couldn't be simpler! Navigate your way around the website until you find an item you want to purchase and then click on the 'buy' button. The item you have chosen will then be added to your shopping basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout to pay for your goods. If it is your first time using our online store simply register your details and we will create an account for you. This will make ordering further items in the future quick and convenient. When you return to the site you can use your login details to access your account and place new orders. 2) WHO CAN ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE? We are happy to supply the products listed on our site to all persons or companies that reside in the United Kingdom, whether you are an individual consumer, a corporate end user or a reseller you will be legible to register on our store and purchase the goods you require.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated depending on the weight and size of your order. The exact shipping cost and weight of your item will be shown at the checkout stage.
6) HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Orders that are placed via our online store will be processed and dispatched for delivery if placed before 1pm (subject to stock). Delivery is via next day courier and requires a signature upon receipt in order to accept delivery. Any items that are not in stock will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible and an estimated delivery date will be provided.

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If your order has already left our warehouse then you must return the goods to us unopened, in a saleable condition, within 7 days. Returns Policy
In the rare event that an item is deemed to be faulty we will provide an exchange for the item. Faulty items are covered strictly by the duration of the manufacturer's warranty. Please see individual products separately for warranty periods as they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and product to product. If you do need to return any goods then please contact our customer services department for a returns number. You must obtain this number first in order to make sure you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Once you have been issued a returns number, please carefully ship the item or items back to us and upon a satisfactory inspection of the goods we will issue a refund or an exchange.
