We aim to become—and remain—an established supplier of quality products and services by operating controlled processes and continually enhancing our operational responsiveness. We will comply with all current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation while developing employee skills and increasing their contributions through effective training.
We will build supplier relationships that guarantee defect-free materials every time and foster an environment that promotes staff awareness, motivation and involvement. We will comply with the requirements of our Quality Management System and carry out periodic reviews to continually improve its effectiveness and confirm the suitability of this Quality Policy.
To support these goals, we operate a formal Quality Management and control system that complies with BS EN ISO 9001:2015. We are committed to providing quality, choice and value for money by establishing and communicating meaningful Quality Objectives and performance targets to all staff and monitoring them in line with this Quality Policy.
Consequently, every member of staff must be committed to this concept, demonstrate professionalism and maintain system compliance at all times. Adherence to this policy is fundamental to all work undertaken, and each employee’s understanding will be subject to periodic review.
