When a UPS fault or alarm is triggered, real-time notifications are immediately sent to you via email and/or SMS. Our expert UPS engineers then remotely investigate the issue, perform diagnostics, and, if necessary, dispatch a field engineer according to your maintenance contract SLAs. This swift response minimises downtime and ensures business continuity.

Seamless Integration and Comprehensive Coverage:

ARM is compatible with most UPS hardware. For new UPS installations, the ARM module can be seamlessly integrated into an Adept Power bypass switch enclosure for a clean and efficient setup. The system requires a standard Ethernet internet connection and a UPS-protected 13 Amp socket. If a suitable socket isn't available, Adept Power can install one, ensuring continuous ARM operation even during power outages.

ARM provides comprehensive monitoring, receiving real-time SNMP and MODBUS data via the Ethernet connection. This data is accessible through a secure, cloud-based web portal, giving you complete visibility into the health of your UPS systems.
